While handling full my freezer bin it twisted and cracked at the top corner. This is the type bin that is of snap together construction. The crack had not deformed the shape and the seam was tight. So having acrylic cement on hand from other projects I tried it on the bin plastic and it has held for several years now. This is the type of cement/glue used to put together plexiglass products like picture frames where seams are clean and tight. The cement is thin like water, when drops are placed on the seam it flows along it until it starts hardening. Continue to place droplets along crack with a nail or paper clip that when dipped into the cement holds a drop, until the entire seam has been wetted. Let it harden overnight, but initial connection is very fast. I’ve used this cement also on taillight lenses and other like plastics. Find it at a shop that sells plexiglass fabrication parts and other plastics. Very happy with this refrigerator.
